Service description

Demokaze is an AI-powered service that generates product demo videos from a website URL. You provide a URL, and our system captures a screenshot, scripts a browser walkthrough using AI, and records a video. The service is provided on an as-is basis and is currently in beta.

Acceptable use

By using Demokaze, you agree not to:

• Submit URLs containing illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• Generate demos of websites you do not have permission to showcase, particularly login-protected or private pages.
• Attempt to abuse the service through automated bulk requests, circumventing rate limits, or exploiting the system to access internal network resources.
• Use the generated videos to misrepresent a product or deceive viewers.

We reserve the right to block URLs or suspend access if we determine usage violates these terms.

Availability and uptime

Demokaze is in beta. We make no guarantees of uptime, availability, or uninterrupted service. Video generation depends on third-party services (AI model providers, headless browsers) and may fail or be temporarily unavailable. We will do our best to keep the service running but provide no SLA at this stage.

Intellectual property

You own the videos generated by Demokaze from your submitted URLs. You are free to use, share, embed, and distribute them as you see fit. Demokaze does not claim any ownership over your generated content.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to create demo videos of the websites you submit. Demokaze is not liable for intellectual property disputes arising from your use of the service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Demokaze and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the service. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Data and privacy

Your use of Demokaze is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the data practices described therein.

Copyright and DMCA

If you believe that content generated by Demokaze infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice to hello@demokaze.com including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work.
• Identification of the infringing material (include the demo URL or video ID).
• Your contact information and a statement of good faith belief.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

We will review and respond to valid takedown requests promptly.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Demokaze and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to intellectual property disputes related to websites you submit for demo generation. By submitting a URL, you represent that you have the right to create demo videos of that website.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated effective date.
